The machine consists of a double row planting machine with two rotating discs. The small trees you want to plant are placed in these discs. The discs rotate at exactly the same speed as the driving speed. The plant discs take the trees down and rotate it into position. The plant discs release the tree when the machine has made the planting trench in the ground. The plant discs are driven by a gearbox with a hydraulic motor, which in turn is driven by a hydraulic servo pump on the driving wheel. By moving the machine, for example by a tractor, the discs are activated after the foot pedal has been depressed. The planting channel creates the planting trench. The tree is planted in this by means of the discs. The discs behind the planting channel close the trench again with soil. The two wheels at the rear of the machine press the ground of the trench so that the tree is firmly stands. With the MDE SPM100 Twin it is possible to plant two rows at the same time at a distance of 75 cm.
